Important personal Documents like CNIC, Driving License, ATM Card, educational documents and other belongings often get lost/misplaced. PKM provides the facility to report the lost documents. Citizen will get a copy of the loss report which he/she can use to track the application and to apply for new documents.

- Written complaint by the applicant
- Copy of Lost documents if available
- Copy of any other support document if available
